GJH Fundraiser Coming Soon!
Students will again be selling World's Finest Chocolate Bars for our GJH fundraiser this year. The fundraiser will run from this Friday, Sept. 4th until Monday, September 21st. All money raised goes directly to support students in clubs, athletics, field trips, rewards, and school celebrations.
Your child should have brought home an informational flier on Thursday, August 27th with a permission slip at the top. If you need another copy of the flier, you can click on the attachment below or ask your child to get one from school.
When students turn in a signed permission slip, they will be able to take home a box of 40 chocolate bars to sell for $2 each. By signing the form, you are agreeing to return $80 for each box by the end of the fundraiser. Unsold chocolate cannot be returned.
Students who sell a full box of chocolate bars can bring another signed permission slip to take home another box to sell. Students who bring their first signed form back by Friday, September 4th will be entered in a drawing for extra prizes! Additional prizes are available throughout the event. Every student who sells at least one box will win something!
During the fundraiser kickoff assembly on September 4th, students will receive more detailed information about the process and the prizes they can win, including attending a skating party and/or an ice cream party.

Goshen Community Schools will be hosting the Indiana Family Engagement Summit at Goshen Intermediate School on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This year's summit, Real Life, Real Parenting: Partnering for Student Success, brings families together to explore meaningful ways to support their children's learning and well-being. The event is free, and lunch will be provided for all attendees.
Participants will have the chance to:
- Connect with other families from across the region
- Learn practical strategies to support their children's success
- Strengthen family-school partnerships
- Gain resources and ideas that can be applied immediately at home
Strong partnerships between families and schools play a critical role in student success, and we hope to see many GCS families take advantage of this valuable opportunity.
