CES Weekly Communicator
Issue #29: March 15, 2024
Principal Corner
Good afternoon, Chapelfield families.
We had a great Friday today! The day started with our PAWS breakfast for students who were selected for BEING POSITIVE in and out of the classroom. There were 3 teachers also celebrated that are leaders in POSITIVITY. They were Mrs. Oberlin, Mrs. Stummer, and Mrs. Pardi. We ended our day with a performance of Seussical Jr. from GLHS students! Students were engaged and dancing along! What a great way to end the week.
Report cards went home today. Please check your child's backpack for those! Remember to sign the envelop and send it back to acknowledge that your read it.
The weather is unpredictable these days. Please make sure your child brings a coat for recess. We will be going outside unless it is raining.
Thank you for your support and have a great weekend.
Sincerely,
Nikki Miller

We will share cultural dishes provided by our own families, music, and cultural craft stations.
“Town” is set up and run by third graders to demonstrate their knowledge of business entrepreneurship. It will be held in the third grade hallway.
Also be sure to enjoy student artwork displayed around the school.
Students must be accompanied by an adult. Please look for a sign up sheet about contributing food for this event. We can’t wait to see you there.
