Dear Pingree Community,
Happy Sunday!
I don't know if the students felt this way, but I thought this week flew by! On Tuesday, students in grades 3-5 checked to make sure their Chromebooks were ready for MCAS as our infrastructure trial. Wednesday Grade 5 had a wonderful visit to the Planetarium. And on Thursday, students were dressed to impressed for their class pictures as seen by first grader Brynnley Delaney in our picture of the week!
A few important dates coming up:
- Starz is closed tomorrow, March 27th for professional development
- Report cards will be published on March 31st in Aspen
- Conferences are April 4th and 5th (see your teachers email to sign up)
- ELA MCAS is April 4th and 6th for students in grades 3-5
- IEP Progress Reports posted in Aspen on April 4th (see letter below)
Pingree students also beat out Nasht last week in our ST Math Madness competition! We are in a three-way competition with Academy and Hamilton. We will have to work hard to beat them out!
Finally, our own Ms. Belcher is helping to organize a district-wide international festival. Check out the details below!
We are looking forward to another great week at Pingree!

Pop Up Pantry- A message from our Food Pantry Partners!
We know a lot of families are feeling financial strain these days. Below is a link to our Pop Up Pantry calendar. Families can get food on a weekly basis, no questions asked and no reporting. Tuesday's are drive through (nice and quick and easy for folks with kids in the car), Thursday and Saturday are walk-in. We also have a Portuguese translator available on Saturdays.
