Visiting campuses is a key step in finding the right college fit. Maximize your visits with these strategies:
-
Prepare in advance: Schedule tours, information sessions, and, if possible, interviews.
-
Develop thoughtful questions: Focus on academics, research opportunities, student life, and support services.
-
Document your impressions: Take notes and photos to compare campuses later.
-
Engage with the community: Speak with students, faculty, and staff for authentic insights.
-
Reflect critically: Consider how each campus aligns with your academic goals and personal priorities.
Well-planned visits help you make informed decisions and identify the environment where you’ll thrive.
