Canned Food Drive - November 4th - November 18th
Hello, Legend Families!
We have a very special next couple of weeks at Legend HS! We are kicking off our annual canned food drive to benefit our local Parker Task Force.
From Wednesday, November 4th through Wednesday, November 18th, Legend will be collecting canned foods and high needs foods for the PTF. The Parker Task Force serves nearly 10,000 families, and our school goal is to send 10,000+ food items to the task force at the end of this two week period.
How can you help? Please help us by sending canned food or other food items to school. We are running a canned food competition through all classes, so please encourage your child to bring food items to their classes for the next couple of weeks.
You might also see a bag on your front porch to fill if you live near Legend. We'll be dropping off bags in the neighborhoods, and then we'll return to pick them up. The October High Needs List for the Parker Task Force is linked here. To find the November High Needs List please go to their website linked here. We sure do value your help!
As always, thank you for your constant support of our school and of this great community! We certainly appreciate all that you do for us!
