What we offer:

• Two community partner visits: Explore and build connections with local organizations and service providers that support student transitions.

• Four collaboration-focused meetings: Engage with others in your field to share best practices and expand your knowledge on transitional supports.

• FALL Transition Fair: Join us for an interactive event where students will have the chance to engage with vendors and participate in hands-on sessions designed to enhance their transition skills and knowledge. Location and date TBD.
