The school will be closed on November 23-28 for Thanksgiving break. No onsite childcare or before school care during this week. If you are traveling we ask that you continue to wear a mask and be diligent about washing hands. Let's keep our school safe ad healthy when we return after the holiday.

We know this year has not been easy for most. It has tested our strength and relationships. Some days it may feel like your stuck in a sinking pit of mud while other days you hear a whisper of hope that pushes you forward. Our teachers have watched all of you take on the nearly impossible task of being the parent, the supporter in their education, the breadwinner, the homemaker, the motivator, the fighter, and the consoler. We want you to know how appreciative we are to have you as partners during this challenging time. We want you to know we see you pushing through all of these hardships and we want to extend gratitude for all that you are doing. Our teachers and staff wanted to give you some inspiration by creating Haikus just for you. It can be downloaded and printed. You can display it however you like and hopefully help us all to remember that little whisper of hope.

Holiday shopping? Shop at the co-op and bring your bags. Donate a dime to the Palouse Prairie playground for every bag you bring in. Only a few more weeks!

Dine-in or take out from MOD Pizza any time on Thursday, November 19th, and a portion of what you pay will go to our school! Be sure to mention that you are supporting Palouse Prairie Charter School when you pay for your meal.

Last time we raised $300! Do you think we could top that? The pizza is delicious and every dollar counts!

SEL Employees -

Please think of Palouse Prairie Charter School this year when submitting your school of choice for SEL's school donation program. Every donation makes a huge impact, so thank you! Programs like this help continue strengthening our community as a great place to live and learn. Check your SEL email for details on how to select a school.

Moscow restaurant "Bloom" just launched a brand new "Healthy at Home" prepared meal service, which includes a pay it forward incentive.

Customers can buy a “Healthy at Home” meal, select “Feed a Family” and then choose Palouse Prairie Charter School as the recipient. Bloom will match it with a meal for a family in need at our school. Bloom will deliver the donated meals to PPCS on Fridays or Monday, to be given to families in our school community experiencing food insecurity.

The meals are healthy, made from scratch, and require minimal effort for a nice dinner. If you would like to participate in this program, just order your meal online, select the "Healthy at Home" program, and be sure to designate PPCS as your school.
