Volunteer Clearance Requirements

Dear Community,

If you have submitted a request to volunteer but have not yet received the email with your Volunteer Clearance Checklist, you can still begin the clearance process. You do not need to wait for the checklist email.

To help make the fingerprinting process as quick and efficient as possible during a Cambrian Fingerprinting Opportunity, please complete the Request for Live Scan Service form in advance using the link in the Complete Your Fingerprinting section below.

Both appointments and walk-ins are available. To reduce your wait time and help The Verify Group plan for each event, we encourage you to schedule an appointment in advance using the links in the Fingerprinting Opportunities section below.

1. Complete Your Fingerprinting

This form is specific to the Cambrian School District and should be presented when completing your fingerprinting. You may use the Cambrian fingerprinting opportunities listed below or another Live Scan provider.

2. Complete Mandated Reporter Training

We are releasing the Volunteer Clearance Checklist in smaller groups to ensure the system works smoothly before sending it to more than 400 volunteers at once. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this process.

To make fingerprinting more convenient for our families, The Verify Group will be available at several Cambrian locations. You are welcome to visit any of the locations below, regardless of which school your child attends.
