The Leading to Liberate Leadership Conference is a transformative experience designed for leaders committed to creating equitable, humanizing learning environments—from classrooms to systems. Grounded in culturally responsive leadership and instruction, the conference challenges participants to examine how beliefs, practices, and structures shape student experiences and outcomes.

Through powerful keynote speakers, interactive breakout sessions, and collaborative dialogue, leaders will explore how to move from individual student impact to sustainable, system-level change. Participants will engage in learning that centers students’ identities while strengthening the policies, practices, and conditions that support equity across schools and districts.

Join a community of courageous leaders to share bold ideas, reflect on current realities, and leave with actionable strategies to lead for equity and liberation in mathematics education.
