CAASPP Testing May 4-8
This is a friendly reminder that CAASPP testing for 3rd–5th grade students will take place May 4-8. We appreciate your support in helping our students do their best!
To help your child feel confident and prepared, please keep the following in mind:
✅ Get a Good Night’s Sleep: Make sure your child gets plenty of rest each night before testing.
✅ Eat a Healthy Breakfast: A nutritious meal helps students stay focused and energized.
✅ Arrive on Time: Punctuality helps reduce stress and gives your child time to settle in before testing begins.
✅ Encouragement Matters: A few kind words of reassurance can go a long way in building confidence.
Thank you for your continued partnership. If you have any questions about testing, please don't hesitate to reach out.

PBIS Update
Wildcat Families,
Thank you to the 127 families who completed our Family Input Survey (FIS) on PBIS Tier 1 earlier this year. We are grateful for your time, honesty, and partnership. Your feedback helps guide our work and ensures we continue to grow in alignment with our community’s needs.
We’re proud to share several strengths you highlighted:
100% of respondents feel our school expectations are meaningful and important
98% feel respected by the school
85% shared that they have someone they can talk to if their child has a problem
At the same time, your input identified important areas for growth. Only 54% of families feel they are asked for input specific to their child, and 35% feel included in school-wide decision making. Additionally, 39% reported receiving communication about their child’s positive behavior, and some comments noted concerns around bullying.
In response, our next steps include strengthening two-way communication with families, increasing opportunities for meaningful input, celebrating positive student behavior more consistently, and continuing to address student safety and belonging. This work is part of our ongoing commitment to living out the Wildcat Way every day. Next fall we also plan to deliver specific lessons in classrooms regarding Unkind Words vs. Bullying and how to report unsafe and concerning behavior to staff on campus.
We invite you to stay engaged by attending Principal Coffees and ELAC meetings, School Site Council, volunteering, and continuing to share your voice. Together, we will keep building a strong, supportive school community for all students.
Sincerely,
PBIS Tier 1 Team

Right At School
A Message from Right At School
Parents, let's talk about those extra hours in your child's day. There are 24 hours total- about 10-12 spent sleeping and 6 hours in school. That leaves around 6 precious hours ...and that's where the fun begins!
At RAS,we turn afterschool time and school breaks into meaningful, screen free adventures your child will actually look forward to.
Before School: Before the bell rings, let your child dive into a morning of adventure, creativity, and excitement with Right Club’s Before School program! Drop your kid off when it works for your schedule! Our programs are flexible so kids can join in whenever they arrive, so they can start their day in a fun and easy-going way. Kids enjoy different activity stations like Right Moves fun fitness and Inspiration Stations where they can exercise their creativity.
After School: During Right Club After School, hosted on-site at your kid's school, kids have time to get homework done, then take part in games, crafts, and STEM challenges that keep them engaged in learning (and off their screens). Our 2025-26 curriculum offers 19 brand-new journeys, each with countless activities that go beyond the classroom to help your child discover who they are and what they’re passionate about.
Break Camps (Winter Break, Spring Break, and Non-School Days): When school is out, fun is IN with RAS Camps! Take part in a week-long adventure full of STEM activities, learning challenges, and wacky art projects. RAS Camps are flexible. Your family can pick the number of days you need care, and drop off and pick up when it suits your schedule.
Summer Camp: RAS Camp’s Adventure Weeks are packed with excitement, from field trips to mystery guests and more! Every day comes with the classic day camp experience: water games, STEM activities, arts & crafts, outdoor play, and more. Before and after camp care are included!
