Caragher's Corner
Hey GBS Parents/Guardians,
There are a lot of great photos below from this week at GBS!
Thank you with your encouragement regarding our students and their seriousness of purpose regarding the NWEA. We are very proud of the collective effort and hard work that they put into this assessment. They are well deserving of your words of encouragement.
Please remember that Wednesday from 5:00-6:15 is our Open House and afterwards is the 8th Grade DC trip meeting. There will also be representatives from Grapevine, Harris Nature Center, Scouting America, PTO, NHDI, and possibly more. Good information is at your finger tips!
Thanks for a great week and working with us to provide your student with a great experience here at Great Brook!
Sincerely,
Adam Caragher

Curiosity Cube is coming to GBS!
We are looking forward to having our 5th & 6th graders visit the Curiosity Cube (https://thecuriositycube.com/), which will be onsite on Wednesday, October 9th. Sponsored by MilliporeSigma, the Cube is designed to spark scientific curiosity and passion, encouraging students to pursue careers in STEM fields. The Cube experiments are led by MilliporeSigma employees, giving students an opportunity to learn from “real life” scientists and ask questions about a future career in STEM! A photo release form was sent home with your student. Please sign and return it to your student's advisory teacher by Friday, October 4th. If you have any questions, or need additional information, please let me know!
