DECEMBER BIRTHDAYS
EOY School Trip
YACA Family,
We are excited to announce that our End-of-Year School Trip will be to Big Cedar Lodge! Below you will find details about the lodging options we have selected. Please remember that you are welcome to choose any hotel or lodging option that best fits your familyβs needs. The locations we selected offer family-friendly amenities so that when we are not participating in group activities, your family still has plenty to enjoy outside of the Big Cedar Lodge resort.
PTO will provide a full itinerary to all families who register that they will be attending, and we will also hold a meeting to go over trip details.
Please click the Jotform link below to register. We will send all trip information to the contact details provided.
Letβs make this a great trip for our YACA Family!

π Monthly Shout-Outs
Thank you YACA Family!
Thank you to all of our parents, staff members, Ms. Smith, a YACA Alumni, and our amazing 5th grade YACA Ambassadors! Together, we were able to fill 50 baskets full of food for families in need, and we also provided each family with a Thanksgiving turkey.
Our 5th grade Ambassadors dedicated more than five hours sorting food, filling baskets, and helping distribute them the next morning. Their hard work and servant leadership truly reflect what it means to care for one another and support our community.
Way to go, Warrior Family!
Your kindness made a difference. ππ

π‘ Reminders
Parents, please remember the following important reminders:
π Meeting with Teachers:
If you need to meet with a teacher, please schedule a time in advance. This helps ensure our teachers can stay focused on classroom instruction and keep distractions to a minimum.
π Student Check-Out:
Before picking up your student from their classroom, please stop by the office to officially check them out. This is an important safety measure so we can keep accurate records of all students and who is picking them up.
π Morning Drop-Offs:
If your student arrives late, please walk them inside to get their tardy slip. Do not drop them off and drive awayβplease make sure someone is at the door to let them safely into the building.
π End-of-Day Belongings:
Please remind your student to take all of their belongings home each dayβthis includes uniforms, blazers, lunchboxes, and cups.
Thank you for helping us keep our school safe, organized, and running smoothly! π
