Welcome to a New School Year!
Dear CFB Parents and Families,
On Tuesday, August 11, our schools will once again be filled with students’ voices, questions, and possibilities. We are excited to welcome your family to the 2026–2027 school year.
Every language our students bring to school is a strength. Families can nurture that strength by making conversation part of each day. Ask your child: What did you discover today? What challenged you? What made you proud? Whether these conversations happen in English or another language, they help students develop confidence, express their ideas, and connect more deeply with their learning.
A strong start also depends on staying connected. Please confirm your contact information in Parent Self-Serve and activate ParentSquare, where you can receive district and campus messages and communicate with teachers in your preferred language.
Families who use district transportation should also review updated routes, bus badge requirements, and the new Zonar Bus Suite app. For school hours, meals, supplies, immunizations, transportation, and other resources, visit the CFBISD Back-to-School webpage.
Thank you for entrusting us with your children and for being an essential partner in their success. Together, we can make this a year in which every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
Welcome back!

They are available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, with additional languages accessible using the website's translation feature.
Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD welcomes all students and is committed to fostering an inclusive and safe learning environment. We prioritize educating and protecting all children, regardless of immigration status.
