King's Highway Families,
Thank you to all who came out for Back to School Night/Open House. It was great to see all of our King's Highway families and students here to connect with the team and get set up for a fantastic school year. We look forward to increased family engagement this year and hope to see similar numbers at our various events. We would like to hear your feedback about Back to School Night. Yearly Documents
The documents linked below are Title I communications from King’s Highway Elementary. The School–Parent–Student Compact is an agreement outlining how teachers, parents, and students will work together—teachers provide quality instruction and communication, parents support learning at home, and students commit to responsibility and daily reading. The Parent Right to Know Letter explains families’ rights under federal education law, including the ability to request information about teacher and paraprofessional qualifications, as well as details about student assessments. Together, these documents highlight the school’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and student success.
These documents are also available on our website at: Documents | King's Highway Elementary

LEO CART - Seeking Volunteers
The Leo Cart is a special event for all King's Highway students. We are looking for volunteers to partner with the PBIS team and help make paw trade a fun event for students. The Leo Cart travels the school, visiting classrooms to allow students to come out and shop. Students trade in PRIDE paws for fun things and treats. A Leo Cart volunteer can support from a partial day to a complete cycle. Reach out to Ms. Mayan to inquire about volunteering with the King's Highway PBIS Team: MayanC@casdschools.org.
