Graduation Information for Seniors
Make sure you are at the auditorium by 5:00 pm for your last group picture and to line up for the graduation ceremony which begins promptly at 6:00 pm.
Tell your parents what side of the gym you are on so they may position themselves for viewing. You will find this out at rehearsal.
Your tassel should be on the right side of your cap. You do not need to wear your cap & gown for rehearsal.
If you need special accommodations for the elderly or handicapped, contact the Main Office between May 5th - 8th to make arrangements.
Please be quiet when lining up.
This is a very special day for you, your parents, and classmates. Have pride in yourself and know how proud we are of you.

Please join us for the Class of 2025 Senior Picnic. This celebration is for KHS graduates only and will be held on the field behind the indoor facility at KHS immediately following graduation rehearsal on June 4, 2025 at approximately 11:00 am.
Students will be invited to sit in groups on the grass, so feel free to bring a blanket or a chair to sit on. There will be a meal provided and yard games available to play. The meal includes Tanners burgers, brats, veggie burgers, chips, drinks, and dessert and is free to all graduates. If you have any special dietary needs, please contact Kayla Voissem at kvoissem@kimberly.k12.wi.us
Tickets
Four (4) tickets are issued to each graduate. 2 or 4 tickets will be included in the mailing to your home(s). If there is a two household family, and each is listed in Infinite Campus, both families will receive two (2) tickets unless the office was given a different directive by the family.
You may call 920-687-3024 ext. 6 between May 5th - May 8th if additional tickets are needed. We don't fill requests on a first come first serve basis. We review all requests on May 12th and base our decision on the total number of tickets requested.
If you have extra tickets, please return them to the office to help fill our waiting list.
Please put your tickets in a secure location as lost tickets may be difficult to replace.
