Week of September 1st

We had a wonderful turnout at our recent Open House, and it was such a joy to connect with families, share our programs, and highlight the exciting learning opportunities ahead. Thank you to all the parents who joined us and made the evening a success! For any families who were unable to attend, we invite you to view a special video message from our Principal, Mr. Mocon, where he shares key highlights and important information about the year.

At Schaumburg High School, we know students grow best when they are surrounded by meaningful relationships. Throughout September, we are highlighting the everyday connections that make a difference in our students’ lives. I invite you to share your student's story! Your stories will be shared with our staff to demonstrate the impact they have. Please take a moment to complete this form.

Our Marching Band, Flags, and Sizzlers proudly walked in the Labor Day Parade over the weekend — GO SAXONS!

September is National Suicide Prevention Month, and District 211 is proud to continue our commitment to student mental health through education, outreach, and support. In alignment with Illinois law (P.A. 99-0443) also known as Ann Marie's Law, our district’s Suicide and Depression Awareness and Prevention Policy outlines proactive steps to support students.

To strengthen school-home partnerships, we are also hosting a live webinar for families:

The webinar will be facilitated by Erika’s Lighthouse representatives, who will share the program’s goals and offer strategies to support student wellness at home.
