A Message from Your Principal Team
Dear Washington Families,
What amazing weather we have been enjoying! Our students and staff have truly appreciated the sunshine and slightly warmer days. It’s been wonderful to see so many smiling faces learning and playing outside.
As we move forward, we are asking all families to please activate their ParentSquare accounts. ParentSquare will be our primary way of sharing important school announcements and updates. We have also created specific groups for after-school activity clubs so you can stay informed about the programs that matter most to your family. If you need support downloading the app, activating your account, or navigating the platform, please call the office or stop by. We will also have staff available during parent conferences to provide one-on-one assistance. Strong communication between home and school is essential, and we are here to help.
We are also excited about our upcoming Book Fair! Fostering a love of reading is one of the most powerful ways we can support student success. Books spark imagination, build vocabulary, and strengthen lifelong learning habits. We look forward to seeing our students explore new stories and discover books they are excited to bring home and read with their families.
This time of year is always exciting as we see tremendous growth in our students. Our 5th graders are beginning visits to their future middle schools, and our kindergarteners are already looking more like first graders each day. Growth is happening everywhere, and we are so proud of the progress our Eagles continue to make!
Kind regards,
Alfredo Belanger – Principal
Antonio Ramos – Assistant Principal
