Welcome to fifth grade! Welcome to fifth grade!

We are excited to begin a new school year with you! Fifth grade is an important year as students take on new challenges, build confidence, and become more independent learners. We look forward to getting to know our students, creating strong classroom communities, and working together with families to support a successful year. Transportation Form Transportation Form

Please take a moment to fill out the transportation form (for the office). This will help ensure that all staff knows where students need to go, so that we can help make sure everyone gets to the right spot during dismissal (especially those first few days.) Thank you so much for your help with this!

Would you like to be a volunteer? Would you like to be a volunteer?

Throughout the year, we’ll have several opportunities for parents to volunteer and join us for different activities and events. If you think you might be interested in volunteering, please create a VOLY account by visiting the LISD VOLY website. LISD Board Policy requires all volunteers to complete a background check before working with students, and you’ll be prompted to complete that process when you create your account. Approval can take two to three weeks, so we encourage you to take care of this early. We would hate for you to miss an opportunity to volunteer or chaperone because your approval is still being processed.
