Grade Level Message - Physical Education/ Health 🏋🏻
All Grades:
To ensure the safety and organization of all P.E. activities, please reinforce with your child that all backpacks and personal bags are strictly prohibited in the gymnasium and must be secured in their assigned hallway locker before class begins. Lastly, with the weather getting noticeably colder, please ensure your student is prepared for any necessary outdoor activities by bringing a jacket or appropriate outerwear to school daily!
Students are currently engaging in a dynamic series of Physical Education units designed to promote fitness, teamwork, and skill development. These include the fast-paced action of hockey, the strategic skills required for volleyball, the high-energy excitement of capture the flag, and the foundational movements of track and field depending on their class.
Message from Argyle's English Department
Dear Caregivers,
If you are wondering what your child can do at home to sharpen their reading and writing, use IXL English! All students have access to IXL English through their Clever log-in. All of Argyle’s English teachers have selected special starred units on IXL for your student to review. Practicing these skills will help students review key skills and boost their confidence as readers and writers! Teachers will reward students with PBIS points for any units completed outside of class time. Please reach out to your child’s English teacher if you have any questions!

The Standard Response Protocol (SRP) includes five directives: Hold, Secure, Lockdown, Evacuate and Shelter.
Stay Safe: Tips for Walking to School
Walking to school or the bus stop? Stay alert and stay safe! Always cross streets at marked crosswalks, stop and look left-right-left before stepping off the curb, and make eye contact with drivers so they see you. Use sidewalks when available—or walk facing traffic if there aren’t any—and wear bright or reflective clothing when it’s dark or rainy.

SchoolCash Online
Montgomery County Public Schools has transitioned to a new online payment system called SchoolCash Online as its preferred method of payment for all school-related fees.
SchoolCash Online helps parents/guardians and community members pay school-related fees safely, quickly, and easily. SchoolCash Online will help increase efficiency and security at schools by making payments directly into schools’ bank accounts and eliminating the need for teachers to handle money. In addition, once registered, you will be immediately informed about school activities!
The new system puts all of the school-related fees online for purchase so users can make purchases online using a credit card or e-check. A processing fee will be included on all items available for purchase, regardless of the type of payment used on SchoolCash Online or at the school.
Parents/guardians can register now at - Click here
