WW May 21
Congratulations to the Chaparral High School class of 2026! The Class of 2026 received many honors and were offered over $12.5 million dollars in scholarships. Every class makes us proud but this one seemed exceptional in the connections that they make with one another and with the staff. It is a class filled with amazing individuals whose overall descriptor would be kind. Thank you for all you have brought to Chap and remember that you are always part of the Chap family!

From College Board:
SAT® registration is now open for fall 2026. Many colleges require or consider SAT scores as part of their holistic admission and placement decisions, and your score is a great way to show colleges you’re ready. This year, it will be more convenient to take the SAT on your schedule, with dates available every month through the end of the year, beginning in August, and the ability to join the Waitlist if the date or test center you prefer is already filled.
Most juniors take their first SAT in the spring, and many take it again in the fall of their senior year to improve their score. The SAT can help you keep your college options open, demonstrate your unique strengths, and even qualify for scholarships. And with 100% free practice resources, now including enhanced tailored practice based on your prior test scores and free small-group tutoring, you’ll have everything you need to get prepared.
