WES Conferences link here

Hello WES families,

This email is ONLY the link to sign up for WES Parent-Teacher Conferences, held at Worthington Estates Oct 12 -15. WES Weekly comes Sunday morning as usual.

I've also included the FAQs. For those of you new to WES there's also a screen shot so you can know what to expect . (Yes, we know the site looks like it was made in 1996, but schools & parents love it)!

We moved to PTC Fast system last year...wondering why?

PTC Fast will offer ONE weblink for Worthington Estates school.

This means all teachers will have the same system of sign ups and you can work to align multiple teachers' schedules at once to aim to schedule at same time for siblings.

This system also allows for more student privacy than some of our previously used systems.

What are the next steps?

THIS email has the link you need (look for blue button and/or cut paste link from above).

You will then:

1. use this link: https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Worthington_Estates_Elementary

2. register using your email (preferably the one you're getting this email with)

3. receive a confirmation/access link sent to your individual email

4. sign up for conferences with your child's teacher/s

You'll need to know your child's homeroom teacher for this system.

What else?

PTCfast came with great reviews from several Worthington schools already using this system, and WES liked it in fall 25.

Parents love that they can plan sibling schedules, and sign up w/o sharing student information to others viewing the same sign up.

Also...it looks a bit...understated (read: can seem like a website from 1995, but I promise that's it and it works, so don't assume it's all spam).

Also...please be aware of what teacher you're signing up for > please confirm with your child their homeroom teacher if you don't know.

We have shifted winter conferences to allow teachers' schedules to better overlap, with a goal of allowing Intervention Specialists, English Language Specialists, Reading Specialists, and others to be at conferences today. If you need your child's specific provider = please reach to them directly.

EPP and Related Arts will have their own sign ups using the school-wide link too.
