SUMMER ATHLETIC CAMPS
Chaparral High School follows the DCSD conventional calendar. We have linked our calendar here as a resource in your planning. We want you to know that all school days including exam days are critical and mandatory. Please be mindful of them, especially when you are planning vacations.
We will have the same block bell schedule as the 2024-25 school year. This schedule makes students’ attendance even more important as each period absence is equivalent to missing two “regular” class periods. Advisement periods will allow a protected time for students to seek support, extra help and time to connect with their teachers. While Homeroom periods will provide the same opportunities and in addition be used for activities, assemblies, grade level meetings and enrichment.
