Dear Wredling Parents and Guardians

Happy Friday! If you’ve been around Wredling, you know our PTO plays a huge role in supporting our students and teachers in so many ways! To continue doing that, they hold one major fundraiser each year. PTO funds help provide:

  • Money for each team to support field trips
  • Supplies for Team Day activities
  • Wobbly chairs for students who need a little extra movement
  • PE and Music equipment
  • …and much more!

On Monday, October 20, our PTO kicks off our BIG FUNDRAISER of the year… the PapaNicholas Coffee, Tea, and Hot Chocolate Sale and our Write-a-Check Campaign! During PE and Health classes, students will see a short presentation about the fundraiser and the prizes they can earn. Then the fun begins!

We’ll send home directions and order forms on Monday, along with instructions for ordering or donating online.

Students will also have the chance to win some great prizes and participate in exciting incentives along the way!

As a first-year principal (and Wredling’s biggest cheerleader!) I’m eager to help our PTO make this fundraiser a success. Please consider supporting them by purchasing PapaNicholas products or contributing to our Write-a-Check campaign.

Thank you so much for your support of our students, staff, and school community!

Kindly,

Francesca Favero

Principal

Dear WMS Parents and Students:

We want to remind you about a few practices we follow to make Wredling run smoothly. Parents, please review these with your child.

During the school day:

  1. No outside drinks (Starbucks, Dunkin’, energy drinks, etc..) should be brought in during the morning. Students are welcome, and encouraged, to bring water.

    * Students will be directed to finish all non-water beverages before entering the building.

  2. Parents are welcome to drop off lunch only for their own child - not a group.

    * Parent deliveries should be brought to the main office.
    * Food and beverages may only be provided for your individual student. Ex: a pizza cannot be purchased for a group of students.
    * Students are not permitted to use apps to have food delivered to the school.

  3. The main office WILL NOT accept or sign for delivered lunches for students .

*If there is an emergency situation and you need to send something for your student, please get in touch with the main office with details so they don't turn away the delivery driver. 331-228-3700

WMS Student Athletes:

  1. You are welcome and encouraged to send them to school with a second lunch/snack. Their day can be long!

  2. Parents are welcome to drop off a snack or small meal only for their own child - not a group.

    * Parent deliveries should be brought to the main office.
    * Food and beverages may only be provided for your individual student. Ex: smoothies cannot be purchased for a group of students. And students are not permitted to use apps to have food delivered during the school day.

  3. The main office WILL NOT accept food from a delivery service (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.,) for student athletes.

    * If there is an emergency situation and you need to send something for your student, please get in touch with the main office with details so they don't turn away the delivery driver. 331-228-3700

Thank you for your help and cooperation.

Help Us Collect ONE MILLION Pop Tabs!

We’re on a mission to collect one million pop tabs for Ronald McDonald House Charities, and we can’t do it without YOU (and your grandparents, cousins, neighbors, and carpool crew)!

Those tiny aluminum tabs from soda cans, soup lids, or sparkling water may seem small—but when we collect them together, they add up to real support for families with seriously ill children.

Here’s how to pitch in:

  • Save your pop tabs at home—and ask your grandparents, cousins, friends, and neighbors to do the same!

  • Bring them to school all year long.

  • Every tab brings us closer to our 1,000,000-tab goal!

Let's pull together and make a difference!
