Dear Families,

WOW! How amazing are all of our students? The all-school musical was such a success, and we couldn't have done it without every single one of you!

As we wrap up the school year, please keep these important final reminders in mind:

Final Days: There are only 4 days of school left. Please note that we will have an early dismissal on Thursday, June 18, at 11:30 AM.
Moose Lodge Afterschool: Today is the last day of the Moose Lodge afterschool program for this school year. If your student attends, please ensure you have sent a yellow note regarding their dismissal plans for next week if you haven't done so already.
Lunch Requests: We are no longer accepting lunch requests for the last day of school.

Looking Ahead to 2026-2027

We hope everyone has a lovely, fun, and restful summer! Please mark your calendars for the start of the next school year:

K-6 Students: First day is August 26.
Preschool Students: First day is August 31.

PowerSchool Updates

We are moving away from paper forms and will now be using PowerSchool for important updates. All students should have brought home information for caregivers with instructions on setting up your account.

You can access the PowerSchool Portal and select the "Create Account" option. Please use the Student Access ID & Password found in the letter you received. If you have any questions, please reach out to Laura & Martina in the office, as they have spent many hours working to get this system up and running for us.

Monday - FIELD DAY - Cheese Burgers or Veggie Burgers w/ Chips, Watermelon, & Lemonade

Tuesday - Chicken or Refried Bean Tacos w/ Corn & Salad

Wednesday - Chicken or Veggie Nuggets w/ Tater Tots & Mixed Veggies

Thursday - LAST DAY OF SCHOOL 11:30 Dismissal - Prior sign up is required for a bagged lunch

Friday - SCHOOL IS OUT FOR SUMMER!!! 🌻

Breakfast and Lunch remain FREE for all students. No snacks are being offered this year.

All menu items are subject to change without notice.

Each lunch is served with Milk, Fruit, Vegetable, Protein, and a Grain.

The alternate meal for the month of June is a Grilled Cheese w/ Veggie Sticks

If you have not already done so, please find our Moose Lodge Afterschool Program Information HERE.

(Be sure to sign the google form stating you've read the document)

IMPORTANT Reminder: June tuition was due by May 31st.

April bills will reflect the following info:
Mondays: 2
Tuesdays: 2
Wednesdays: 2
Thursdays: 2
Fridays: 2

Afterschool will run from 3:00-4:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays for grades K-6.

On Wednesdays the program will begin at 1:00 and run until 3:00 or 4:30, please be sure to pick up your student(s) at the appropriate scheduled time.

Preschool students MUST be picked up by 4:00 every day.

At this time, we are no longer enrolling additional students for Wednesday afternoons.

Please send emails regarding Moose Lodge to moose.lodge@shutesburyschool.org for information regarding programming.

If you need to change your schedules for the following month, you must do so prior to the 20th of the current month. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee availability. If you need to make changes to your Moose Lodge schedule for your student, please use the google request form HERE.

The last day for Moose Lodge for the 2025-2026 school year will be on Friday, June 12th. There will be NO afterschool June 15 - June 16.
