Vice Principal's Message
Dear Bear Creek Seniors and Community,
As the school year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to extend my heartfelt congratulations to each and every one of you on your upcoming graduation. This is a momentous occasion that marks the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
Throughout your time here at Bear Creek High School, you have demonstrated not only academic excellence but also remarkable character, resilience, and a true sense of community spirit. You have embraced challenges, overcome obstacles, and grown into the incredible individuals you are today.
As you prepare to embark on the next chapter of your lives, whether it be pursuing higher education, entering the workforce, or exploring other opportunities, I want to offer you some words of wisdom. Remember to stay true to yourselves, follow your passions, and never stop learning and growing. Embrace change with courage and optimism, and always believe in your ability to make a positive difference in the world.
Although you may be leaving the halls of Bear Creek, you will always be a part of our Bruin family. Cherish the memories you have made here, and know that you carry with you the knowledge, skills, and friendships that will serve you well in the years to come.
As you celebrate this milestone with your loved ones, take a moment to reflect on how far you have come and the bright future that lies ahead. Your journey is just beginning, and I have no doubt that you will go on to accomplish great things.
Congratulations once again, graduating seniors! You have made us proud, and we cannot wait to see all that you will achieve in the future.
With warmest regards,
Mrs. Janee Waters

Preparing for this year's graduation
As you prepare for this year's graduation ceremony with your students and staff please remind students of the following:
- Caps and gowns may not be decorated. Students who arrive with caps and gowns that have been decorated will not be able to participate in the ceremony. Please have spare caps and gowns on hand in the event this occurs.
- Only authorized stoles and cords may be worn. These include stoles earned for academic accomplishments and/or participation in school related activities.
- Leis, including leis made out of candy and money, may not be work during the ceremony. Please tell graduates to tell their families that they are not allowed and can wear them after the ceremony.
Seniors who participate in graduation
Seniors who participate in graduation must meet Lodi USD graduation requirements and demonstrate good school behavior. Students suspended from school may be placed on a 45-day social probation. Students can also be placed on social probation for excessive tardies. This means students put on social probation within 45 school days of graduation and graduation practice will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony or other activities. (Board Policy 6145)
We are 19 days from graduation.
