We are proud of the many accomplishments and leadership both principals bring to their districts as well as within the Illinois Principal Association. The passion these two leaders have for our profession is evident in the work they do for the student communities they lead. Both winners will now move forward to the state level.
We also want to congratulate our fellow Elementary and Middle School Principal of the Year nominees Ms. Rachel Filippi, Principal of Sherwood School in North Shore SD 112, Mr. Ryan Murray, Principal of Oak Grove School in Oak Grove School District 68, and Mr. Josh Cornwell, Principal of Big Hollow Middle School located in Big Hollow School District 38 for their excellent educational leadership.
