Welcome to the 2026–2027 School Year!

Hello! My name is Stephannie Chadrick, and I am thrilled to welcome you to an exciting new school year! I’m especially looking forward to team teaching alongside Mrs. Dale as we work together to support each student on their individual academic journey.

I firmly believe that every student has the ability to learn, though not all students learn the same way. With that in mind, Mrs. Dale and I are committed to offering a diverse range of instructional strategies so that each student can feel confident and find success in our classroom.

We’re excited for the year ahead and can’t wait to grow and learn together!

A Little About Me...

I’m a proud Colorado native, born and raised in Parker! I graduated from Ponderosa High School and knew from a young age that I wanted to be a teacher. That passion led me to pursue my degree at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where I graduated in May of 2013.

I now live in Monument with my husband, Ben, and our two sweet girls—Kynlee (6 years old) and Emmy Grace (2 year old)—along with our two pups, Stella and Marvinn. Our hands and HEARTS are definitely full! 💞

My teaching journey began with student teaching in 2nd grade at Sage Canyon Elementary—and from the moment I stepped into the building, I knew Sage Canyon was where I wanted to build my career. I was fortunate to continue the following year as the Fitness teacher, and soon after, I found my true home in First Grade- and I’ve never looked back! This year marks my 14th year teaching First Grade at Sage Canyon!
