January 2025
Message from Principal Terri Jackson
Dear Woodland Families,
Happy New Year!
I hope your winter break was just what you needed! A beautiful balance of rejuvenation, family time, and much joy!
May 2025 bring you great health, much joy, love, and peace.
It was a wonderful first week back for our wonderful scholars. The halls and classrooms were filled with laughter, happy conversations, and engaged learners. I was so proud and impressed by our scholars as I witnessed such hard working students in all corners of our building on the first day back! We are excited and looking forward to a new year of learning and growing!
December was such a busy and joyful month. The PTO sponsored movie night was a huge success. Families filled the cafeteria and enjoyed popcorn, and the movie, Inside Out 2. Our Woodland Eagle Choir had their fabulous performance under the direction of our amazing Music teacher Ms. Stephanie Drymalski.
As the cold January weather approaches, please help by sending appropriate warm winter clothing so that our scholars can enjoy the outside recess time. Please label and send boots, snow pants, hats and gloves with your child. We thank you in advance for your support with this.
Please join us:
1/9/25 -PTO meeting–6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Media Center
1/16/25 - Woodland Multicultural Night, 6:00 pm
Thank you for your continued support and partnership,
Terri Jackson
