Roebling Elementary School

It has been so wonderful seeing our students settle into their routines, build friendships, learn new things, and fill our school with so much energy and excitement. We are off to such a great start, and I couldn’t be more proud of our Roebling students and staff!

And now… October is here, and it is JAM-PACKED! From special school activities and family events to learning celebrations and plenty of opportunities to come together as a school community, there is so much happening this month. Be sure to check out the details below so you don’t miss anything!

I also want to say how sorry I am that I missed Back to School Night due to being sick. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t be there to welcome everyone and spend time with our families. Thank you for your understanding and for all of the kind messages. I truly appreciate them!

Thank you for continuing to support our school, our teachers, and most importantly, our kids. We are going to have a great October at Roebling!

September was a busy month at Roebling! 💙💛 From celebrating the love of reading to making new memories with friends, there was so much learning, growing, and fun happening in our school. Here’s a little look back at some of our September moments! 📚⚡️

Join us once again as we particpate in this great program. Information will be sent home with your child and should be returned to school by November 13th.

We can't wait to welcome you back to school and take special care to provide before and after care services for your child. EMP (before care) and EDP (after care) is available for enrolled students at Roebling & Riverfront School beginning on Friday, September 4th (this is an early dismissal day). EMP is available for grades K-8 and EDP is available for grades K-3. Students must be registered with us in order to attend our program - this is a tuition based program offered by the FTSD.

We're excited to share the launch of the new Florence Township School District website and mobile app! This will take the place of Dojo so please make sure you download to stay current on all information.

One staff member will be chosen each month as our Golden Apple! Nominees should demonstrate the following qualities, among others:

• Understands and meets the diverse needs of students with enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment
• Actively involves families in the educational process
• Promotes positive behavior in and beyond the classroom

This is open to any teacher, IA, contracted provider, custodian, admin - any one that is demonstrating above and beyond
