Looking for volunteers...

Saturday 5/7 from 1:00-3:00 pm at Lowell West to top up the raised beds there and possibly expand them a bit. We'll have compost to move and a bunch of digging to make the beds ready for planting radishes and 3 sisters, kale and tomatoes, a smaller version than in the past, but we'll be planting our usual crops for the 2022 season! I need to figure out where to have the compost delivered, I'll try to make it as close to Friday as possible and aim to have it all shoveled into place by Sunday, so church should not be disturbed.

2. Saturday 5/14 from 1:00-3:00 pm at Lowell at Phillips to build some "temporary" raised beds inside the chain link fence for kids to plant their beans (K) and sunflowers (!) I think and put them out there as well. And of course there will be tomatoes, and some other things, kale is a must.
