Mask Wearing HighlyEncouragedSeptember 15, 2022

Message from Principal Phelan

Dear Families,

This message informs you that four positive COVID-19 cases have been identified at our school today. Ms. Sudbay / Ms. Walker's 5th-grade class, Ms. Burton's 5th-grade class, and Ms. Talamas' 1st-grade class. Parents identified these cases at home. The fourth positive case is a Lowell staff member.

Per the district's guidelines, the individuals will return to school when their quarantine period ends and symptom(s) are resolved. While masking remains optional, we highly encourage students and staff to wear masks at this time.

More information about COVID protocols can be found in the Student Handbook - Part II. You may also call the Director of Student Services, Kathy Desmarais, at 857-330-2421 with any questions.

Thank you for your continued understanding as we are doing everything possible to keep our children safe in school.

Sincerely,

Stacy Phelan, Lowell Principal

Kathleen Desmarais, Director of Student Services
