Students who would like to ride the fan bus for the Football Playoff Game must pick up a permission form in the Main Office (by the switchboard operator) or print the file below. All directions for purchasing a fan bus ticket are on the permission form. Paper forms must be picked up or printed. No electronic copies will be accepted. (Please use browser version to download the form).

STEPS TO TAKING THE FAN BUS TO THE GAME:

1. Only current FHS students in good standing may ride the Fan Bus to and from the game.

2. WEDNESDAY, NOV. 12: Pick up fan bus permission form from the Main Office (by the switchboard).

3. FRIDAY, NOV. 14, BY 2 PM: Purchase a ticket to the game online HERE

4. FRIDAY, NOV. 14, BY 2 PM: Submit SIGNED permission form AND show proof of ticket purchase AND pay $3.00 to the Cashier.

5. SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15, students who are taking the Fan Bus to the game should meet in the cafeteria. Bring your Student ID and digital game ticket.

1. Bus chaperones will check in students to ensure permission forms are signed.

2. Bus leaves promptly at 5:30 PM.

3. Bus arrives at Bolingbrook High School in Bolingbrook, IL at approximately 6:15 PM.

4. Game begins at approximately 7:00 PM.

5. Bus departs Bolingbrook High School after the game ends, estimated at 9:30 PM.

6. Bus arrives at Door 1 at approximately 10:15 PM for parent pick-up.

RULES FOR THE FAN BUS:

1. This is a school-sponsored event.

2. Only current FHS students in good standing may ride the Fan Bus to and from the game.

3. Students MUST ride the Fan Bus to and from the game.

4. Students MUST bring student IDs to the Fan Bus.

5. All school rules apply on the Fan Bus and at the state finals game.
