Support the EXPO Experience During GIVE TO THE MAX & APEX FUN RUN!
Amazing experiences help inspire EXPO students year after year.
Experiences like field trips, from kindergarten apple orchard visits to our fifth graders’ Camp Widjiwagan journey.
Like hands-on science lessons in our school gardens.
Like free community events, including Movie Night and the School Dance
Like this year’s goal: bringing special STEM residencies and field trips to every grade!
Your support during Give to the Max and the Apex Fun Run help make it happen! Stay tuned next week to learn more about these great STEM experiences!
Help EXPO Go for the Gold(en Ticket)!
Instead of giving in one big chunk, consider multiple, smaller donations during Give to the Max. This gives EXPO more chances to win $500 Give to the Max prize drawings, called Golden Tickets!
Decide your total gift, then split it into donations of $5 or more.
Early Giving (Nov. 1–18): Give on different days to enter daily $500 drawings.
Give to the Max Day (Nov. 19): Give during different 15-minute windows to enter drawings held every 15 minutes. Night owls, gifts given while most people are asleep have even better odds!
The more individual donations EXPO gets during each drawing period, regardless of size, the more chances we’ll have in these drawings!
What’s the Apex Fun Run?
This high-energy fundraiser lets kids support their school while empowering them to be everyday superheroes!
Starting Nov. 10, Apex Leadership Co. will join EXPO for two weeks to teach our kids about leading by example, uplifting others, and bringing out the best in their community.
It all culminates in a Fun Run on Nov. 19! Students will earn money by collecting pledges per lap they run. Come cheer them on! (Grades PreK–2 in the morning; Grades 3–5 in the afternoon. Exact times TBA).
Whether you donate through Give to the Max, Apex, or both, thank you for supporting EXPO!

We Want Your Photos!
Have EXPO pictures you’d like to see in the yearbook? The earlier you send them in, the better chance they have of being included!
Send pictures from the first day of school, EXPO events, classroom activities, field trips, and life around EXPO to expoyearbook@gmail.com. Please include grades pictured students are in.
Help Tell EXPO’s Story. Be A Yearbook Volunteer!
Do you love taking photos? Want to pick pictures for a page? Have an eye for details? There are several ways to volunteer for the yearbook!
Needs include:
Photographers: Take pictures at one or more events, either during or after school.
Assistant editors: Help collect and organize photos. Lay out a few pages.
Sales assistants: Help promote yearbook sales and distribute yearbooks. Most of this work occurs in April/May.
Copy editors: Get an early look at the yearbook! Check for errors before it goes to print.
Email expoyearbook@gmail.com for more information or to volunteer!
