Ms. Russell's Spanish 1 & 2 classes are learning and celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. This week students worked in collaborative groups to researched famous Hispanic people. 📚 Read, Respond, BINGO! 📚

There are 2 more weeks left of September bingo! Make sure that you are writing your responses to the posted prompts. Check the "SB Library Legends" to see all the prompts that have been announced so far.

Genre of the Month

Each month we will be highlighting a different book genre in the library. We encourage all our Eagle readers to try out different genres this year. For the reminder of September, let's highlight mysteries.

🕵🏻🔍Mystery🔎🕵🏻

A mystery is a made-up story with a suspenseful or puzzling event that is not solved until the end of the story. It requires the reader to pay attention to details and look for hidden clues. Some well-known examples include: Nancy Drew, Encyclopedia Brown, Cam Jansen, and Sherlock Holmes.

Happy Reading, Eagles!!
