Count Down to the Halloween Party! We are less than a month away from our UU Trick-or-Treating Party! Woo Whoo! Invite your friends and neighbors to join us on Sunday, October 19th at 10:30AM.

Grown-ups, we need volunteers without little kids to help pass out treats! Please CLICK HERE to email Sunday Parker and let her know that you're willing to make this year's Halloween Party a memorable event for the kids!

Let's learn about Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Shemini Atzeret, and Simchat Torah too!

Marie Reed is a passionate Early Childhood educator and linguist.

Her hobbies all seem to start with the the B. She loves bicycles, braille, bees and buttercream frosting.

Mrs. Marie will be leading families in a lesson about the Jewish High Holy Days this Sunday. And yes, she's been known by many other names around UUFH...sometimes appearing as Esther and other times as Moses!

Let's learn about Noah's Ark, the Parting of the Red Sea, and Sailing with the US Navy too!

Josh Williams is a Hendersonville native, a navy veteran who served in Iraq, a small business owner, a former football player, single dad, and the parent of a student in Henderson County Public Schools.

He is a Democrat running for Henderson County School Board and a member of St John the Baptist Church. We're honored to have him share sacred water stories from the Bible as well as modern day water stories about courage and triumph.

Let's Meet up at The Mountain...the beautiful Mountain Retreat Center!

Interested in going to the Mountain Retreat?

PS: No one is being excluded in this photo. I promise! Tight group photos can cause sensory overwhelm for some members of our UU family. That's okay! We will move mountains... or in this case a picnic table... to ensure that everyone feels loved and can participate in a way that makes them feel safe and seen. 😉
