Reading Horizons
March Professional Learning Communities Survey
If you participated in the March Professional Learning Communities Evening Sessions focused on Reading Horizons Discovery and Elevate, your feedback is essential to help us refine future sessions and better support your classroom implementation. To encourage maximum participation, Reading Horizons will randomly select three respondents to receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
We invite you to complete a brief survey to share your experience and insights. The survey will take less than 3 minutes to complete.
DYS Coding
When entering DYS Coding in PowerSchool, please be mindful that there should only be one DYS 02 and one DYS 03 code at a time, meaning that a student should not have two DYS 02 and two DYS 03 codes at the same time. This can be avoided by not stacking dates. For example, if DYS 02 and DYS 03 codes were entered in August 2025-May 2026, no additional codes and dates should be entered even though the student has been screened in January.
