FOOTBALL - The Tyngsboro Tigers had an amazing night on the field, defeating Athol 44-14 with an explosive performance on both sides of the ball!

On offense, Timah Njong set the tone early, opening the scoring with a spectacular 70-yard rushing touchdown. He continued to dominate on the ground, adding touchdown runs of 40 and 19 yards for an incredible three-touchdown night. The Tigers also connected through the air as Jax Janco found Baxter Bouchard for a 12-yard touchdown pass. Adding to the scoring output, Cam Attella successfully converted three two-point conversions, while Caden Walsh added a two-point conversion of his own.

The defense was just as dominant, fueling the victory with continuous big plays. Tiger Leemarpilab returned an interception 60 yards for a pick-six, and Cam Attella added another electrifying 60-yard pick-six! Baxter Bouchard also made his impact felt on the defensive side of the ball, coming up with a key interception to help seal the win.

What an amazing night on the field for the Tigers! Way to go, Tyngsboro!

JV BOYS SOCCER - On Tuesday, the Boys JV Soccer Team won a thriller against the Maynard JV Boys Soccer Team. In a 1-0 victory, eighth graders Matthew Bertolami, Aunhout Aung, and James Rezendes held a strong midfield, challenged Maynard's midfielders, and kept the ball moving through the middle. Jackson Judge, James Hilterman, and Norman Dyer kept the play alive on the wings, causing Maynard's defenders problems on the outside. Ryan Doherty hovered along Maynard's back line, weaving and waiting to strike. Defensively, Cole Gendron had a tremendous game, and was recognized by the Tyngsborough Coaching Staff as the Player of the Match. Aidan Bellao also had a great game defensively. This was the first time both JV and Varsity swept the Maynard Soccer Program!

CROSS COUNTRY- The 8th-grade girls continued their dominant season on Saturday, taking home three medals at the Catholic Memorial Invitational at Boston's famous Franklin Park! Lucy Balcius led the charge once again, capturing 1st place in a field of over 100 runners. Alina Bither took 9th, and Keltie Woods finished 12th to complete the medalist trio. Tyler Salmon, Dexter Dufrene, Reed Hayon, Colby Ritze, Grayson Lynch, and Gavin Bacon also ran fantastic races.

TPS Medication Policy

Our medication policy complies with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Codes and Regulations (105 CMR 210.000) and the recommendations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH).
