Inclusive Practices

Inclusive Practices supports the commitment to least restrictive environment (LRE) for each student to ensure that Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams begin with the general education setting, with the use of Supplementary Aids and Services, before considering a more restrictive environment. Inclusive education describes the successful education of students who have IEPs with the appropriate supports and services to participate in and benefit from general classroom settings and other natural environments.

The meeting was recorded in 2 parts as we had some audio issues. We look at where to locate the various assessments within the ULS system. If you are looking for baseline data to daily data, Unique Learning Systems has all the data you need. After watching the videos, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

We provide assistance to the twelve member school districts in order to facilitate options for students with disabilities in the least restrictive environment. The Intermediate Unit staff is available to assist local teams through training, and technical assistance to support a framework of collaboration and team building in order to meet the needs of students.
