Dear Families and Caregivers,

As the days grow longer and the air begins to warm, we are all feeling a sense of excitement for the changing season. While we still have a bit of a way to go before the truly warm weather arrives, the shift in temperature is a welcome sight. However, spring also brings its fair share of mud; our playground is currently home to many puddles, which the kids LOVE to play in! So we kindly ask that families pack snow boots or rain boots and a spare change of clothes in their students' backpacks just in case they get a bit too close to the water during recess.

Meanwhile, our fifth graders have been busy perfecting their steps in ballroom dance. After a wonderful in-school preview today, the students are officially ready for the big stage. We invite you to join us for the formal gala this Thursday night at 7:00 p.m., hosted at the Ipswich Middle High School. Everyone has been practicing diligently, and it promises to be a fantastic showcase of their hard work and talent.

Congratulations to Jamie Fremont-Smith! 25 years of leading the Ipswich Public Schools Musicians. In the photo above Jamie is leading all musicians in grades 5-12 at the All Town Band Concert! We are so grateful for your music!

The FRIES meeting is tonight at 6:30p.m. at the Winthrop School. Please join in if you can.

We have attached a virtual link as well.

Thank You,
