Attendance - Recapture Seat Time!
Attendance reminders:
1. Medical notes must be submitted within 5 days or they will be documented as a Parent Note.
2. There is a maximum allowable amount of seat time recapture that can be served in a class. A student can recapture a maximum of 10 absences in a year long course and 5 absences in a semester course. Additional unexcused absences beyond this will result in a Failure due to Absences in the course and a grade of 50 will be earned.
3. All recapture must be served and paid for prior to attendance credit being awarded.
4. If summer school is required in a course, seat time recapture must be completed as a requirement to enroll.
Upcoming Attendance Recapture sessions:
Saturday, May 2, 2026 (8am-2pm)
Monday, May 4, 2026 (4-6pm)
Tuesday, May 5, 2026 (4-6pm)
Wednesday, May 6, 2026 (4-6pm)
Thursday, May 7, 2026 (4-6pm)
Saturday, May 9, 2026 (8am-2pm)
Recapture is paid for AFTER it is served.
Seniors must complete any recapture that is owed in order to exempt a Senior Exams in that course.
Please reach out to Ms. Manning (kmanning@lexrich5.org) or Ms. Register (lregister@lexrich5.org) if you have any questions.
Parking Registration for the 2026-2027 School year is now open!
Please click on the graphic to register for parking for the 2026-2027 school year. The parking application needs to be filled out completely by both the student and his/her parent/guardian. The following information will be needed to fill out the form: make and model of car, license plate number, Student Drivers license number, name of insurance company, and date of Alive @ 25 completion OR proof of completion of driver's course.
Cost of parking is $50.00 for entire school year, and $25 for a single semester. All parking fees will be added to student accounts in July (for the next school year) UNLESS the student has previous unpaid fees. These must be paid before the parking fee will be added. Payments may only be made online for parking.
Dismissal procedures during testing days
Please note: we strongly discourage dismissal notes that require students to be called from class during exam blocks, as this disrupts testing for all students. To help maintain a quiet and focused testing environment, we ask that any dismissal notes be written for the beginning or end of the exam block whenever possible.
