We have set up an optional fundraiser for students to help them raise money for their trip. Click the link below to purchase either Cluver’s or Hungry Howie’s cards for $12.50 each. You will need to enter your payment amount depending on how many cards you want to purchase (10 cards x $12.50 = $125.00 etc.) Cards are then SOLD for $25. You keep $12.50 from each card sold (a total of $125 for ten cards sold) and apply it towards the cost of the trip. All cards must be purchased through the website link and can be picked up in the main office by the gym from Mrs. Lackowski. Cards are non-refundable, so we recommend starting with 10 and purchasing more as needed. If you have any questions, feel free to email katie.lackowski@romeok12.org or marisha.sunday@romeok12.org.

Woohoo! The counseling team is so proud of our students for making it through the first trimester! Over the past few weeks, we’ve been encouraging students to make that final push to complete assignments and give their best effort on summative assessments. We hope everyone enjoys a relaxing weekend and returns on Monday feeling refreshed and ready for a brand-new start!
*Please note that there will be no schedule/elective changes being made UNLESS there is an error in your schedule. Please email the correct grade level counselor for any questions.*
★ 6th Grade:
We did it!!! Our 6th grade students have shown grit and a great attitude throughout all of the first trimester. I am so proud of all of them for adjusting so well to middle school and for trying their hardest. We will be taking a break from Homework Help for the next 2 weeks to reset for our second trimester. I will be working with students who may have struggled in one or more classes and will be focusing on goal setting for the rest of the year. Please keep communicating with me if you have any questions or concerns. I truly appreciate the insight our parents bring and enjoy partnering with you on this middle school journey.
★ 7th Grade: Always reach out if you think your child needs help organizing their assignments or need an overall academic-check to assure they are in a good spot :)
Awesome job 7th graders for pushing through!
★ 8th Grade: Our intern from Oakland University, Mrs. Long, is beginning her career as an elementary school counselor! We want to thank her for being here with us and wish her the best of luck in her new district!
