• Update Job Descriptions

• Member concern

• Job Descriptions and Salary Schedules are difficult to understand.

• Some links for job postings point to outdated information.

• It is sometimes unclear what the salary range is for the job opening

• Kendra Clay explained that updating job descriptions is an ongoing process.

• Supervisors initiate job postings so it’s less uniform

• If anyone has a question regarding the salary range of a posted job, they can reach out to the business office or the supervisor who listed the job.

• August School Board approved changes to Personnel Policies due to changes in legislation Linked here

• Review of new policies 8.0

• The Committee will work to bring the Classified PPC Website up to date in accordance with these new policies.

• The Classified PPC is looking for a volunteer to be on the Calendar Committee.
