Welcome to Kindergarten!

Summer 2025

Welcome toKindergarten!Summer 2025

A Message from Your Kindergarten Teachers!

Dear Parents,

We are looking forward to working with your child in September! As you begin preparing for their Kindergarten year, please continue reading with your child over these summer months. A list of wonderful book recommendations can be found below in this newsletter, as well as a fun Summer Reading Bingo Board to complete with your child.

A new addition to our program is the Pre-Kindergarten Summer Math Skills Sharpener Book. This book is set up with a mixture of fun math skills on each page, and includes an answer key for parents and some hands-on math manipulatives. We suggest students work in this book several times each week for best results! Please return the completed Summer Math Skills Sharpener Book to school with your child on Book Day in September.

We know the start of the school year will be here before we know it, and wish you and your family a relaxing and enjoyable summer!

Sincerely,

The Kindergarten Teachers
