Pick up today, Wednesday, January 19th from 3pm -4pm. Please put your family name on a piece of paper in your car window and pull up the hill toward the garage and we will run out to your car with your test.

Please note this pick up is only for DeSales student families. We received enough tests to give each current student one.

Friday, January 21st will be a Buffalo Bills Dress Down Day! Students may dress down in their Bills gear or red, white and blue. Regular uniform is always fine as well!

On Sunday, January 30th from Noon until 2pm we will hold our Annual Open House. This is the day prospective families can come visit DeSales. We need help welcoming families and giving tours. We will celebrate Catholic Schools Week from January 30th through February 5th. The CSW 2022- 2023 theme is “Catholic Schools: Faith. Excellence. Service.” Catholic schools have a specific purpose to form students to be good citizens of the world, love God and neighbor and enrich society with the leaven of the gospel and by example of faith.

The full schedule of activities will be coming home by the end of the week. Here is a sneak peek of the fun days our Student Council has planned:

Our Service project for the week will be Beds for Brian. On Snooze-y Tuesday we will try to fill a pillow case with dollars (save your $ bills to help stuff the case) to benefit this great organization.

For the convenience of our families, DeSales will do automatic re-enrollment for the 2022-2023 school-year. The purpose of this new policy is to make it as easy as possible for our families who re-enroll each year.

The annual re-enrollment fee of $75 per student will be withdrawn from the same account as your tuition withdrawal. You will have the choice to pay the fee on February 25th or March 4th. If your family pays tuition in full, you will receive an invoice early February for your re-registration fee. After March 4th, the registration fee increases to $100 per student.

Students not returning to DeSales for the 2022-2023 school-year must notify the Business Office in writing of that intent by February 18th to avoid the automatic withdrawal of re-enrollment fees.

Mrs. Chase & Mrs. Gaskill's part-time preschool programs for 3 & 4 year-olds will be changing the days they meet beginning in the Fall of 2022. The schedule for the remainder of the school-year will remain as it currently is now.

For the 2022-2023 school-year the classes will meet as follows:

3 year old Part Time Preschool (Mondays & Tuesdays; 8:30am until 11:30am)

4 year old Part Time Preschool (Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays; 8:30am until 11:30am)

As always, drop off begins at 8:00am, programming begins at 8:30am.

The next HSA Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 8th at 6:30 pm in the DeSales Cafeteria. Just for attending you will be entered into a raffle for a prize and your student will earn a free dress down day!

The Annual HSA Bid for Quality Education, 'The Auction' will be held virtually on April 8th, 9th and 10th.

We are looking for volunteers to help with basket preparations, help with photos, monitor online activity etc. If you can help, please contact HSA President Jim Fox.
