It's A Great Day to Be A Bulldog! Bulldogs Don't Quit!
Principal's Note
September 22-26, 2025
MES Families,
We have a great week ahead at Marysville Elementary!
This week is National Child Passenger Safety Week. It’s a great reminder for all of us to check seatbelts, car seats, and booster seats to ensure our children are traveling safely to and from school. Thank you for helping keep our students safe!
Please note that there will be no school on Friday, September 26th due to a professional development day for teachers.
Looking ahead, mark your calendars for Friday, October 3rd. We will have an early release at 1:15 PM to allow everyone to enjoy the Homecoming Parade and pep rally. We are also excited to host our All-School BBQ that day! More details will be coming soon regarding lunch times and adult meal prices. We can’t wait to have you join us for this special tradition.
Thank you for your continued support in making MES a wonderful place for our students to learn and grow!
With gratitude,

25-26 MARYSVILLE ELEMENTARY STUDENT/PARENT HANDBOOK
25/26 MES Parent Handbook
Our Parent Handbook is an important resource that outlines the expectations, policies, and procedures for the school year. It includes information about academics, attendance, behavior expectations, communication, and ways families can stay engaged in their child’s learning.
We ask that families review the handbook occasionally so that everyone is familiar with our school guidelines. Please continue to reference it throughout the year whenever questions arise. Working together, we can ensure a safe, supportive, and successful school experience for every child.
Reminder About Bus Lane Parking
For the safety of our students, please do not park in the bus lane at any time. If you plan to enter the building, we ask that you use the designated parking stalls or park on the other side of the cement/barricade wall. This ensures our buses or district vans transporting students to and from other schools have clear access and keeps drop-off and pick-up running smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation!

Character Strong – Week 4: Respect
Let’s talk about how Respect feels. How does it feel when someone treats you with Respect? Respect can make us feel like we matter and like we belong. When you show Respect to others, you get to help others feel that way! Just imagine what it would be like if everyone felt like they mattered and belonged. That would be a great place to be! We get to create that place together by showing Respect to others. How will you do your part?
