Leadership Message
Evidence of Learning
As one of the learning leaders at St. Luke, I am blessed with the opportunity to review Evidence of Learning with students and to celebrate together their excellent learning progress, hear about what they are proud of and areas they want to grow.
Thank you in advance to our STL amazing parents for taking time with your children to have them show you the evidence of their learning. They are excited to walk you through their hard work and the exciting topics they have explored in class.
Reviewing these learning portfolios is a sacred time for connection, and an opportunity to share with kids that they matter, they are worthy, important and loved. Thank you again for sharing this precious time with your children.
If you have any questions about your child's Evidence of Learning, please reach out to their teacher(s).
Have you Booked Yours?
Please check your inbox for instructions on how to reserve your Three Way Conference with your child's teacher(s). Your child's teacher will be available either/both Tuesday, March 18th or Wednesday, March 19th.
One of the Best Parts of My Day!
When I am given the gift of a story or have a student come to read to me, it truly is one of the best parts of my day! To celebrate reading growth, self-confidence, connection and joy! What a blessing!
Students continue to amaze me as they lead prayers at our GIFT assembly. Our students are working hard on their literacy skills! I couldn't be more proud of them, and the staff who are supporting and cheering them on!
Grateful for Servant Leaders @ St. Luke!
This week we had one indoor recess and we opened the gym for free play. While kids were returning equipment to the gym, I had this amazing human help me re-organize the storage room. She wasn't asked and she didn't even offer. She just started to help. Bravo! Well done and thank you!
Have an amazing Week!
With abundant gratitude,
Mme Gravelle
