Principal Memo September 21 2026
Principal Memo August 2026
NOVEMBER 2026
Dear Parents,
This year our theme is rooted in faith. I’m pleased to share that this theme helped students draw closer to Jesus, become more friendly, and more peaceful. To encourage this, I offered small figures of Jesus for students to keep. Each morning, I reminded them that if they were experiencing difficulties, whether with homework, friendships, or anything else troubling them, they were welcome to come to my office and ask for support. Many students did share their challenges, while others said they would pray. We emphasized that prayer is powerful, and helps bring peace and closeness to Jesus.
Dear Jesus,
As we receive our little Jesus, remind us that You are always with us. Help us carry Your love, kindness, and peace wherever we go
Amen.
God bless,
Waldemar Sambor
Principal

MEMO TO PARENTS
Re: Upcoming Parent–Teacher Conferences
Dear Parents,
Our upcoming Parent–Teacher Conferences provide an important opportunity to discuss your child’s academic progress, personal development, and overall well-being.
A Few Important Reminders:
- Student Participation: Students are welcome to attend conferences. Teachers will determine the most appropriate format.
- Conference Time: Each conference is scheduled for 15 minutes. Please arrive on time and help us keep discussions focused on your child’s progress.
- Learning Goals: Teachers will share your child’s strengths, areas for improvement, and next steps for learning.
- Waiting Areas: Tents will be provided outside the modular classrooms and Learning Centre to offer shelter in case of rain.
We encourage parents to come prepared with questions and to work collaboratively with teachers to support their child’s success.
Our goal is simple: Every parent should leave the conference with a clear understanding of their child’s progress and how we can work together to help them succeed.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child’s education.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BOOK YOUR SPOT ONLINE - AN EMAIL WAS SENT OUT TO EACH GRADE SEPARATELY ON OCT 27TH
All Souls’ Day – Remembering Those We Love
Dear Students,
Today, on All Souls’ Day, we remember and pray for those who have passed away—our grandparents, parents, relatives, friends, and all the souls who have gone before us.
Although they are no longer with us, they will always have a special place in our hearts.
I encourage you to visit a cemetery with your family, place flowers on a grave, light a candle with an adult, and say a little prayer. These simple acts show our love and respect for those who have died.
This morning, we prayed together for all the faithful departed. Throughout November, the month of remembrance, we will continue praying for them.
I invite each of you to bring the names of deceased relatives or friends and place them in our prayer box. Every morning, during religion class, we will remember these people in our prayers.
Remember, students, love does not end when someone dies. Through our memories and prayers, love continues.
Let us pray:
Dear Jesus, welcome our loved ones into Your heavenly home. Grant them eternal rest and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace.
