October/November Newsletter

Dear Parents,

Thank you so much for all your support during these first few weeks of school! It’s been a fantastic start, and we’re grateful for your continued partnership. As we move into the coming weeks, things will be busy with various events and activities. We encourage you to join us for our upcoming PTO meetings, where you can stay involved and connected with our school community.

Also, be sure to keep an eye out for important updates in our weekly newsletter—it’s a great way to stay informed about all that’s happening around school.

As we approach the end of the first quarter, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our teachers or me if you have any questions or concerns about your child’s academics, behavior, or anything else. We’re here to support you and your child every step of the way!

Dear Parents,

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth morning routine for all our students. Your child is welcome to enjoy breakfast starting at 7:20 am. Please kindly remember not to drop off your child before that time, as there will be no duty personnel available to supervise them prior to 7:20 am.

Monday-Thursday
7:50 am-2:50 pm

Friday
7:50-1:20 pm

Breakfast will be served from 7:20-7:50 am

Lunch time 11:45-12:15 PM

We encourage parent to use the Let's Talk line to excuse student absences. Folks at the central office are ready to help. This allows the school's office staff to direct attention to the needs of our students, staff and parents throughout the day.

if you are unable to speak to someone, please leave a detailed voicemail with your name, your child's first/last name, the name of the school, the date of the absence, and the absence reason.

Note: Absences cannot be excused after 48 hours.

If you are needing to pick up your student early, you can still call the front office when you are on your way at (575) 812- 5276
