• Carpool drop-off begins at 7:10.
• Students arriving after 7:35 must have a parent sign them in at the office and breakfast is closed. Students must be in class ready to learn at 7:40.
• Please have transportation changes in by 1:00 pm either by email, phone or note.
• Dismissal is 3:00.
• Students cannot miss more than 13 days per school year. Tardies will add up as well. Please be on time daily and ready to learn.
• Parents wanting their child(ren) to ride home with a student driver must request a Transportation Waiver form from the SMA office, complete and return it before riding can begin.
• Please check Oncourse Connect on a regular basis to keep up with your child's grades, excused attendances, etc.
• SMA students are allowed to purchase healthy concessions daily. Prices range from $1-3.
• Mondays are spirit shirt days! At no cost students can wear spirit shirt (old ones can be worn until the new shirts arrive) with jeans with no skin showing.
• Cell phones and electronic devices are not allowed at school. Please ensure your child obeys this rule.

• Senior Paint A Palooza-come paint your parking spot with approved sketch and paid fee. (more to come on a date)

Interested students will be trained on proper flag folding, intake, and presentation this Friday, September 1, 2023 with Sgt. Miller with the National Guard. Thank you to our dedicated volunteers!

Please collect and send in your can tabs to help support the Ronald McDonald House. This a competition between grade levels. All tabs must be given to your homeroom teacher. Special thanks to Mrs. Denise Circello and her family for initiating this effort!

Saturday, September 16th from 9:00am-2:00pm for grades 3rd-6th. Cost is $30 and includes t-shirt. Students in grades 3rd-6th from any Pointe Coupee School can participate.
