Family Tiger Times
September 2026
Meet Your TRE Administrative Team!
We are so excited to welcome our Tigers and families to another great year at Table Rock Elementary! Tena Barrett, Assistant Principal, brings many years of classroom experience as well as experience serving as an Instructional Coach right here at TRE. Hollie Donarski, Principal, also brings many years of classroom experience and has had the opportunity to serve the TRE community as both an Instructional Coach and Assistant Principal. Together, we share a deep commitment to our students, staff, families, and the entire TRE community.
We truly believe that it takes all of us working together for our Tigers to be successful. We want our families to be active partners in our school—volunteering in classrooms, supporting evening events, celebrating with us at Student of the Month assemblies, participating in school celebrations, and simply being present and connected. Families can get involved by completing our volunteer process and joining our TRE PTO.
We are incredibly excited to partner and work alongside our families this school year. When our students, staff, and families come together, we create a school where everyone feels connected, supported, and valued.
Together, we make TRE the place to BE!

Communication
Welcome to Parent Square
Table Rock Families,
A Welcome to ParentSquare message has been sent to the email address on file for your student.
Please start by checking your email and opening the “Welcome to ParentSquare” message. From there, you can activate your account, add a phone number, and adjust your notification settings to choose how and when you receive messages.
We also encourage you to download the ParentSquare app for easy access to school and district updates from your mobile device.
ParentSquare will be EPSD9’s new communication platform, helping keep important school and district information in one convenient place.
Thank you for taking a few minutes to get connected with ParentSquare.
TRE PTO:
Our TRE PTO plays an important role in making our school the place to be for students, staff, and families!
PTO brings our community together by organizing fundraisers, family activities, school celebrations, and special events throughout the year. Funds raised by PTO directly support student opportunities, classroom needs, and experiences that make school special for our Tigers.
Getting involved with PTO is also a great way to connect with other families, support our staff, and help build the welcoming and inclusive culture we want for every member of our TRE community. Whether you can help a little or a lot, your involvement matters!
It takes all of us working together to create the best possible experience for our TRE Tigers.
Reminders:
As we prepare to welcome students back for the new school year, Eagle Point School District 9 would like to remind our students, families, staff, and community of our District-wide "Off and Away During the School Day" expectation regarding Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs).
This expectation is designed to create classrooms where students can focus, engage, and build meaningful connections with their peers and teachers. We appreciate the continued partnership of our families as we work together to support student learning and well-being.
What is a Personal Electronic Device (PED)?
A Personal Electronic Device (PED) is any portable, electronically powered device capable of making or receiving calls or text messages, or accessing the internet independently of the school's network. This includes, but is not limited to:
Cell phones and smartphones
Smartwatches
Bluetooth devices
Earbuds and headphones
Other internet-capable electronic devices
School-issued instructional devices, such as district-issued iPads or laptops used for academic purposes, are not considered PEDs under this expectation.
The phrase "Off and Away During the School Day" will continue to serve as a consistent reminder across all EPSD9 schools. Together, we can help create learning environments where students are present, engaged, and focused on what matters most.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support as we begin another successful school year. We look forward to welcoming our students back and working together to make it a great year for everyone.

Transportation
The My Ride K-12 app, developed by Tyler Technologies, is a mobile application that empowers parents and guardians to stay informed about their child’s school transportation. It enables users to track their student’s bus in real-time, view assigned bus stops and routes, and receive timely notifications about any delays or other relevant information. Available for download on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
